All deposit/ payments are NON REFUNDABLE

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. the deposit will be applied towards the final cost of your hair style.

To confirm your booking, you will be asked to securely pay the deposit online. You have one hour to send deposit and receive confirmation or booking will be cancelled.

Payment

The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment and payments are CASH ONLY!!! Please have your cash before you arrive to the Studio

If you choose to pay in full you will be given 2x to reschedule. Third reschedule you forfeit original appointment payment.

When booking you will see the deposit fee price and that will what you have to PAY

Your appointment is very important to the Studio while it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request a minimum of 3 days CALLCELLATION and 2 days for RESCHEDULING.

You may cancel or change your appointment time or day with no change to STYLE SERVICE. If last minute CANCELLATION or CHANGE to appointment a new DEPOSIT must be sent to reschedule.

To respect and be considerate of every clients time. A 20 minute grace period is given after that you will need to reschedule your appointment! No Excuse! The Studio will not inconvenience another client due to someone else being late.

NO CALL / NO SHOW results in NO BOOK LIST
NOTIFY STUDIO IMMEDIATELY if you will be late Communication is key Deposit fill be forfeited and rescheduling rules apply

Hair style and color cannot be changed after your deposit received and hair ordered ( usually ordered the same day)

Please be sure that this is the style you would like, If you aren't sure what to select or choose please EMAIL/ TEXT directly. Deposits will not be REFUNDED if not selected correctly.

Clients have 2days to notify STUDIO after service if you have any hair problems due to installation.

Hair is included in all styles unless otherwise indicated
We off the following hair colors: 1, 1B, 2, 4, 27, 33, 30
Synthetic hair are used with all styles
Human Hair is offered with additional price and have to be ordered

The studio is cleaned, safe and secure please enjoy and respect the establishment with Positive and Great Vibes.  

Easily book online anytime and anywhere calling and texting is optional also.
No wait time - Because you book online, there's little to no wait time when you show on time for your appointment.
No Walk-Ins - For a better experience, I take appointments only. No walk-ins will be accepted.
